In Session #2 of Terre Passero’s Mindful Stress Management course, Terre will help us connect to body sensations and recognize and respond to signs of stress. We will practice a Body Scan during the workshop and explore your stress lens (perception), load (demands on life), and signature (how it shows up in your life). We will identify how to apply the tools to your daily life.
